Managers don't care and excused an employees consistent bad behavior towards customers which should not be tolerated. I would give zero stars if I could .

And you can see it, did needless to say, never got our food. The customer service is unprofessional. I would never go there again.

After waiting 25 minutes at the railing I went in for my food, they handed me the wrong order..drinks & all, everything wrong. When asked where my order was..they brought me my order after ‘looking’ for it for 5 minutes. Drove 2 minutes home down the road, cheeseburgers cold. Fries cold & soggy. Nuggets ALSO cold. When I questioned the MANAGER, she told me to ‘get an application’. Mind you, there were 5 people in the lobby who had also not gotten their order. Horrible management, horrible customer service.
