    Not great.... employees don't listen when you ask for a special order and be careful, they order your meal as a large automatically and you need to tell them to change it to a less expensive medium

    If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually works, KEEP DRIVING. I visited this location on April 4th, 2026, around 1:00 PM with my young daughter. The store was packed, but it seemed like a "Family Reunion" for the employees instead of a business. The Highlights of this Mess: • The "VIP" Guests: A staff member’s family showed up with a group of kids. Multiple employees completely abandoned the counter and Drive-Thru to hang out and chat with them for 20 minutes. • The Lazy Counter: The front counter person was literally just sitting there. I even heard the kitchen staff (fry station) complaining about her doing nothing, which led to them having a verbal argument right in front of us. • The Magic Disappearing Act: I saw my order slip printed and attached near the kitchen. I told my hungry daughter, "Look, Daddy sees the order, it's almost here." But after the staff's friends left, my slip magically "vanished." • The Bold Lie: When I finally asked the counter person, she took a 2-second look and lied to my face: "We don't have your order," then sat back down. My daughter was so hungry she was literally in tears. We had to leave empty-handed and go to DQ for a burger instead. Hey McDonald's, keep the $14—consider it a tip for the 'entertainment' your staff provided while doing zero work. I’m never coming back.

    Absolutely pathetic. If I order large fries, I expect large fries. Not small fries in a large container.

    Food was good..when I got it. Lol. Ordered on the app. 3 trips to the car later I had most of it.. lol. The Girl and Regional Manager actually argued with me over a free app deal. I had to leave before she came out a FOURTH time.
