I was going to ignore the poor customer service on several different dates until I went to Quakertown and was treated like a human being. I was treated like my patronage was appreciated. I’ve visiteda multitude of chain locations and have never been ignored, never had a 20 minute wait in drive-through , Never had anyone give me an attitude for saying I was there for a pick up. I’m not sure if the employees are overworked, but they are definitely understaffed And the managers could benefit from training videos. Each time I visit, there is a grown adult manager, which tells me that they didn’t get this far in life by being mean. Who would hire a liability?? I would expect this behavior from a teenager.

And the price is crazy when your mostly paying for the outer taco, tortilla, wrap, shell, etc. and lettuce. No drink no more than about a tablespoon of meat. They need to up the game so they grown ups don't have to buy 10 things just to feel full.
