    this is the shittiest place to go. i did a doordash and they put bacon on nothing because they ran out!!!!! well maybe let the doordasher know they you ran out of bacon?!? i pay extra for this!!!! they told me there was nothing they could do for me. they didn’t even put cheddar cheese on my fries and they said they ran out. embarrassing. whoever the manager was that i spoke to was unhelpful and clueless.

    Came in later after work and ordered 1 20 piece chicken nugget and 1 20 spicy chicken nugget with specific sauces for each. I was supposed to be 4 for each order of 20. Only received 4 of sauces. On top of that when we received the spicy nuggets the top layer of each container was 4-5 spicy nuggets and the bottom layer of 4-5 was just normal nuggets? Like why???? Food was hot - just not right. Normally service here is great but tonight I felt like the employees were annoyed that myself and others were ordering food late at night. Everyone I interacted with in the drive through were short, abrupt, and angry sounding. The atmosphere was tense. Not sure what was happening but overall not all great experience.

    Terrible place I felt absolutely disgusted after I took a bite and realized I took a bite out of a raw burger it was pink! This is sick, Don’t know how this place is still running and not shut down

    Placed my order on the app and PAID for the order on the APP, for Carry Out on 3/8/26 at 12:55pm. First time I ever used their app, I assumed it was as easy as it is to use McDonald's app. I go through the drivethru and the person on the speaker said they had no record of my order. I was trying to verify the order number and that I ordered carry out and he insisted if I ordered dine in I had to go inside. He wouldn't let me talk, he talked over me and finally YELLED at me to PULL UP TO THE WINDOW AND I'LL HAVE MY MANGER EXPLAIN IT TO YOU!. My granddaughters were like "grandma is everything ok?" I said "sounds like someone is having a bad day. I go inside instead of trying to fix it at the window and make everyone behind me wait. When I get inside the manager finally comes over to me and I show him my order and the PAID receipt on my phone. He told me it looks like you still need to pay for it. I said, no, this is the RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION I received in my email. I also showed him the confirmation on the app. I verified I was at the right Wendy's and it wasn't my error putting in the wrong address...it was Gettysburg, it was for carry out and it was PAID. The manager handed me a wendy's brown bag and told me to handwrite my order on the bag and he'll give me my food (made me feel like he thought he was giving it to me free). I wrote my order down and he never came back to me to get my order. I finally asked the girl at the register to take it back to him. She kept apologizing. She was the only person there who was nice. It took forever to finally get my food. The manager NEVER came back to me, never apologized. I get computer/app glitches. I wouldn't have had a problem waiting for my food if the guy at the speaker would have said something to the effect "I'm so sorry, I'm not sure why it's not showing on our screen. Would you please come inside so we can figure this out?".... and the manager, I hold him to a higher standard. He should be setting the example and treating the customers a little nicer. I felt horrible - first being yelled at over the speaker and then to be treated like he was giving me my order for free. I have the paid receipt. I have the withdraw from my bank account.

    The manager was yelling at the employees, therefore the employees ignored the customers. Waiting a really long time just to order our food and then it was cold when we got it.
