  Came late on a Thursday evening visiting from out of town. I’m not super familiar with Panera but the digital order screens when you walk it made it easier for me to browse and determine what I wanted to order.

  This was probably the best salad I've had from here. So e of their salads are hot or miss, but not this one. I hope it stays 🙏🙏🙏 This location also has great customer service and very friendly staff. I'm picky when I go through any drive-through simply because I tend to make lots of modifications.

  Smaller location. Missed the entrance heading west on Route 30. Made a sharp right to go the country road around to the back side entrance. BEWARE OF THE GPS directions. Directed to go past the light in the side road then turn LEFT.....WRONG! Was supposed to enter plaza at that side light. The left "turn" was not allowed as it was made for when you make a right-hand off of Route 30 then a Right into the parking lot. There are no jug handles on the right to make a u-turn. We had made a left back to 30 East and instead of making a right into the hotel parking lot past Route 15, the first right was Route 15 North towards Harrisburg. Had to go a couple of miles to get off then back on to Route 15 South. Easy solution: the light on the side road should have a clear sign: Turn here for shopping plaza. Anyway, the outside seating only had the trash on the side seating, not the front seating. Also, no side exit into the patio area. Women's restroom was out of tissue paper and I did let them know. Had to ask for my cup. The bread seemed dry. Saving the orange scone for later. Used $2 coupon for grilled cheese. Also ordered 'Pick 2" to try the bacon Mac & Cheese bowl with a half Chicken Caesar salad. The combo was over $15. When you order a drink too, the bakery item was half off plus I had a 10% off $25+. I am glad I could combine coupons. Usually I order on the app in the parking lot so I can see all my customizable options.

  The elderly lady at the front counter messed up my order 3 times. Then picked up my order and it was still wrong. Manager said she’s hard of hearing. Kudos for giving equal opportunities, however- hearing and placing orders is part of the job in which you were hired for.
