When you do finally get to order, you are usually waiting at least 10-15 min while watching the same people stand around talking, just to get handed cold fries and a sloppy burger. I’ve tried to give this place a chance at least half a dozen times over the past 3-4 months, but it’s the same everytime.

They say i need my receipt, absolutely! I will show it to you i had the email for it and i only asked for the food i orginally was supposed to have. The manager decided to NOT ASK if he could grab my phone to check but SNATCH IT OUT OF MY HAND and accuse me of trying to get a free frosty????? The employee at window was kind & i offered an apology for my attitude at the beginning, but that manager needs to chill out before he find out cause the way he snatched my phone out of my hand felt incredibly disrespectful.
