- FCFernanda CastilloJun 3, 20191.0the most unpleasant experience ever. I've been coming here for years with no problems, but the new waitress (didn't want to give her name) was so rude to us. I ordered cheesticks, and she came with breadsticks, I told her right away that, that wasn't what I ordered. She went back to the manager, and I heard when the manager asked her "are you sure they said breadsticks, and she said yes." I'm pregnant and it was a craving I had, I knew exactly what I ordered. After I told her I didnt want them anymore she gave the breadsticks to the family that was behind us. Also, she didn't offer a drink to my sister who came after, so when my sister asked the manager for a drink, because she was done eating, the waitress said "that my sister came after she asked for drinks and that's why she didn't got one." When we were going to pay my sister was going to express to her that we do understand she is new on the job, but she had to be careful on how she was providing customer service. The waitress response was "Well, don't come back!!" and that is exactly what we will do.
