I even told the girl at the window I was checking it because the last time it was wrong. No apology or anything for that. Frustrated I harshly placed my bag back through the window. I have to wait almost 30 minutes in the drive thru and when I get my coffee it tastes burnt half the time. Wouldn’t recommend this dunkin anymore it has changed and not for the better.

The staff making the drinks were clearly doing their best, but it seemed like nothing they did was ever right. They were working fast and staying polite, but he kept criticizing them in front of everyone. It created such a tense and unpleasant atmosphere, which isn’t what we usually experience here. We ended up leaving without ordering.
