  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating. I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app, and although my card was charged the app immediately gave me an error saying there was an issue with my payment. The charge is still pending, so I went inside to try and resolve it. When I spoke to the manager, I tried to calmly explain the situation and even showed her my Chase Bank account with the pending charge. Instead of listening, she repeatedly cut me off saying, “no number, no name, no order” and would not let me fully explain what happened. She also insisted that because the transaction was showing in red, it meant it didn’t go through, which is incorrect—on my bank account, all charges appear in red, not just failed ones. When I tried to clarify that, she continued to dismiss me. To make things worse, she then pushed me aside mid-conversation and told the next customer “sorry, you can order now,” as if I was causing a problem, when I was simply trying to resolve a charge on my card. I understand that technical issues happen, but the lack of basic customer service and respect here was disappointing. A manager should be able to listen, communicate, and at least attempt to help instead of immediately dismissing a customer. Very unprofessional experience.

  This McDonalds so far is good, food wise and service wise. However, the 2 star reviews is because I got home, got out of my vehicle, had 3 drinks in a doubled cup carrier. A large cup immediately tipped and fell right out of it and on to the ground and was wasted. I have to double the cup carriers because a single cup carrier is such horrible quality, it’ll fold over if you cough on it. But this time, even a doubled cup carrier did not suffice and a cup was still wasted. The doubled cup carrier was absolutely horrible quality and was VERY easily broken/bendable. I understand there made out of like thick paper or something, but they shouldn’t be that much of a garbage quality. I will mention, this McDonald’s store is the ONLY store that I have gone to that has garbage cup carriers and it’s been a disappointment each time. They need to really reconsider their supplier for these cup carriers. It would be a huge improvement on the overall quality of service

  Everything from the clean bathrooms to the fresh food. I am from out of town and this McDonald’s really impressed me. Thanks for the great service.

  If I could give ZERO STARS— I WOULD!!! This place sucks. Straight up sucks. I reported them to corporate and they should have a regional director coming to this location this week. They are RUDE to literally everyone. I always make sure I say please and thank you… and all I get are stares back at me?!?! And on top of it, they are without fail consistently EVERY TIME forgetting things I ordered and I’m so over it. So much so that I’ve called and spoke to corporate 3 days in a row because i’m sorry but just because your life is miserable doesn’t mean you need to make mine that way. Don’t come here unless you want to feel incredibly JUDGED and your money STOLEN. Period. If I could give ZERO STARS— I WOULD!!! This place sucks. Straight up sucks.   The workers are lazy. The inside is nice, the food is decent. I mean you can’t expect much from a McDonald’s so obviously my expectations are not high. However, of the times that I have gone there I have had problems with the quality. The workers are very nice however I find that they do the bare minimum. I placed a pick up order at 10:20 AM when they stop serving their breakfast at 10:29AM, I get to the location and go to look at my phone and see that my order had been cancelled. I understand that it is my fault for placing an order very close to the time they stop serving it and I have restaurant experience and have had similar situations of people ordering close to closing, but at the end of the day it is their job to make the food. Of the other times I have gone, my food has been slightly weird. It may be an overall problem with the quality of Mcdonald's as obviously it is fast food and it’s not a Michelin star restaurant, but it just makes me question whether the location may not be fully cooking their food correctly or if again, it could just be an issue with McDonald’s in general. At the end of the day the location is not horrible, I don’t have any issues with the workers they are all kind and from a customers point of view it seems to be clean enough, apart from the lack of effort from the workers, it won’t stop me from going there, however if I have the time, I may just go to another location where I know I won’t have issues and the workers will put in some sort of effort.
