For starters, their phone is disconnected so when there's a problem, you can't even speak to anyone. They probably did this on purpose. Multiple times I've ordered an iced latte drink on the app and when I get there, they don't have it and they tell me to contact Dunkin instead of just providing a refund back to my Dunkin rewards app like other locations do. I find it odd they don't remove certain items from the online order menu for their specific location if they're out of it. I've ordered the bacon wake up wraps twice in the last month and they either didn't put bacon on it or they put sausage instead. Last week, my order wasn't fully cooked and the hash browns were cold at 6AM, despite me ordering minutes before arriving. Really disappointed because I used to like this location. Dunkin customer service isn't much help, they forward my concerns to the franchise owner but the new owner doesn't even reach out.

I was having trouble explaining my order and the cashier was very patient, proactively offering to help me, bypassing the kiosk. The employees seem to enjoy their work, joking around together. The employees repeated back my order to ensure that each element was as I ordered (size, milk type, hot/cold etc.), and they worked together efficiently and effectively, offering a drink carrier when my hands were clearly full. The best location of my many nearby options, consistent in product quality and service for many years
