  Asked for a bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon and yes they charged me for the extra bacon and this is what I get.

  Dunkin' is awful and I only go there because of a definitive lack of better options, but I'll give credit where credit is due. This place has gotten better recently. The drive through time and order accuracy have definitely improved since I started going there a few years ago...

  There is no such thing as service anymore. There is one screen in the store to take orders. The lady in front of my couldn't seem to have a payment go through and monopolize the one screen for more than 10 minutes. I finally downloaded the app and ordered from there. No less than 6 employees were working and all seemed to concentrate on the drive thru window. No greeting at all, no eye contact and after 5 minutes of waiting for 2 doughnuts I finally looked frustrated enough I suppose, to have someone ask what I was wiating for. Two doughnuts ordered on the app. Not one person in front of me waiting for anything. Then I was questioned if I had the right store. I showed them I did and the order number. They tell me doughnut only orders dont always show up. Note to self, take the extra time to go to No BS Doughnuts in the future. Superior quality and service.

  This is your standard DD. It has everything a DD should have. Staff was friendly. Place was well lit and clean.

  Just a regular ol' Dunkin. Operated mostly by young people (not a negative, just an observation). Occassionally service will be top notch... and occassionally terrible. Recently this shop has been getting better, so I'll adjust my review as time goes on and the continue to improve. Headingbin thevright direction.
