Since when? Too bad. Maybe an upgrade to the building? I visit the one in Watertown, NY and it looks feels like an actual restaurant! Fogelsville Pizza Hut lobby floor sure could have used a vacuum!

I ordered a pizza with chicken and cheese and a cheese pizza and this is what I got. The chicken pizza had almost no cheese on it and the cheese pizza looked like string cheese was placed on it. The staff said they ran out of cheese. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF CHEESE AT A PIZZA STORE?!!! I sat in the store for about 15 minutes until my order was ready and NO ONE decided to mention that they didn’t have the right ingredients for my pizza. They allowed me to sit there, pay for my order then gave me this garbage and expected me to take it. The one employee even said “well you asked for just chicken and cheese”. After I asked her if she was joking, she went back and got another employee who proceeded to tell me that they ran out of cheese. This is absolutely ridiculous! This place needs to be shut down until they get enough staff to ACTUALLY do their jobs!
