- JTJason TOct 19, 20251.0Well they might respond to your review, but clearly they don’t correct anything. Gave them multiple chances and each time something was wrong. Today, they gave us the wrong sandwich, and admitted they knew they grabbed the wrong one when packing the order. Does that mean they just hoped we wouldn’t know that the sandwich we overpaid for was even smaller than what we ordered? While I was waiting, the angry woman doing drive thru saw multiple people standing at the counter waiting and said loudly “I’m doing drive thru and not going to the counter.” And proceeded to take drive thru orders while the line grew. Then she was complaining she was supposed to leave at 11:00, but it was currently 11:20. It may be fast food, but I expect to get what I ordered and not have to listen to people complain about customers inconveniencing them. Food was enjoyable each time, after wasting my time getting it figured out. And they weren’t special requests or anything. Just 2 regular meals.
