  A solid store overall, and employees are polite and respectful. But I do not recommend their Giant Direct pickup service if you're thinking you'll save time. I've had to wait over 30 mins in the parking lot multiple times. Thought this would be a great service that's better than dragging around a cranky toddler through the grocery store, but when you have a cranky toddler waiting 30 mins in a car just because the service is disorganized, suddenly it's not worth it anymore.

  Well. Plenty of employees walking around, but barely anyone running cash registers at peak time of the day. 1 or 2 at most. They don’t like to bag the groceries for you. So I will take my business somewhere else and not recommend GIANT to anyone because they are have a GIANT misunderstanding of how to serve the public. I’d rather drive an hour to SHOP AT a WEGMANS!!!
