I typically order pickup because I like the convience but almost every single time I have done direct they have forgotten a bag of our food. Which has been every weekend for the last two months. The first couple of times I didn't notice until I got home which was frustrating. I now check before we leave the parking lot but then we have to wait again for them to bring out the missing food. I don't understand how this is happening to us every single time. I am about to switch to a different store if they can't get it together.
