Do my shopping, first time there. Go to check out, then they want to charge you for bags! I flipped out! Spend money to get charged for a bag to put your groceries in! I'll never go back! First and last time! Thats totally bullshit and wrong! Stay away if you follow my seasonings! Walmart, wawa and many others don't charge for bags! It's pathetic!

I have noticed a difference in the overall experience in the people who work here and it is getting better and I am in hopes of it getting better and better. I just look for improvements. The people who work in the self serve area have been so much more helpful and seem more relaxed and caring. I have done previous reviews on how Giant has a great selection of products. That's why I shop there in the first place. I don't know of any problems with the quality of the products. I do shop other stores but I guess I depend mostly on being able to find what I want here even if it is a little pricey. I see no problem with the stores cleanliness. I haven't actually looked that closely but I am sure I would notice if there was an issue. As I have said, I do see an improvement compared to all of my other experiences. I hope things get better and better, just like I hope the world gets better and better.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Giant in Maple Glen. Their produce and meats are always fresh and the store is clean. The unfortunate thing about my visit yesterday was NO CASHIERS! I mean not one cashier in the entire store. I believe I saw four lines as self check out and not one human at a register. What is going on? There were older people having trouble trying which took them longer to check out, making the lines longer and everyone frustrated. Bring BRING BACK THE HUMANS! Let them do their job and take care of their families the best they can. I've decided to go to Sprouts or Weavers Way. They may cost more, but their I'm valued and not frustrated, and I don't feel like I have to work while paying for my own groceries. After all I have a job, which makes it l possible for me to buy groceries in the first place.
