  On April 21, 2026, I had a deeply upsetting experience at this location. I am an individual with Asperger syndrome (on the autism spectrum), and I explained to staff that loud noises can cause me significant anxiety. I respectfully asked for a simple accommodation—to see if another group could move to an equivalent nearby table to reduce noise. Instead of offering support or understanding, the manager, Brittany, escalated the situation, dismissed my disability, and ultimately called the police on me despite my calm behavior and confirmation from another manager (Justin) that I was not causing any issue. I am a paying customer and Sip Club member, and I was quiet and minding my own business. I was later trespassed and treated as if I were a problem simply for requesting a reasonable accommodation. Additionally, incorrect and ignorant assumptions were made about my identity, which was especially troubling. This experience felt discriminatory and contrary to basic ADA principles. This was disheartening and unacceptable treatment toward someone with a disability. I hope this location takes accessibility, sensitivity, and proper training seriously going forward. I would like to add the video. I’m putting up here is to illustrate the experience I had. of the police approaching.

  I stopped here with a friend after a Dr appointment and food that I had was OK there lots of food I didn't try so do not decide rather or not if you'll go you be the judge. But I've had the chicken wings and they were on dark side over done, also has rotisserie chicken that was under cooked, also had rack of short ribs and they were tasty and cooked perfectly, lastly the bread friend bought was on stale side and the sweets consisted of cupcakes sticky buns and they were OK had better. Now again that's my experience there don't decide on just my review cause I only scratched the service of food that's there

  Very clean the employees were friendly and the atmosphere was cozy :)

  Always great service here. Never had an issue at this location. Food is a bit pricey but it sure is good.
