    Honestly, I’m almost at a loss for words. I ordered a very simple order for DINE IN. A mango smoothie and a cinnamon roll. My pager did not go off so I had to literally watch and search for my food. The when it comes out, the dessert was served cold in a bag to GO. When I went back to the counter to ask for it to be put on a plate and warmed, she told me I can do it myself in the microwave. Then proceeded to give me a plate and told me that it won’t fit in the microwave. She told I have to heat it up in the bag but can’t with the stickers on it. So this was just pointless. Terrible tasting since I couldn’t even heat it up and they refused to do it for me. And terrible customer service. I will not be finishing this cinnamon roll. 0/10 don’t recommend this Panera.
