Unprofessional employees, they disrespected me , April 4 2026 at 3h12 am , the employees of the store refused to give me the order and kept talking bad to me , it’s sad this kind of people work for McDonald

Mostly efficient and worker at the window was very nice. However, numerous times I have been in the store and have witnessed the manager (Rob I believe) berating his employees in front of the other employees and for all of the customers to hear. I was in the drive through and my card was having trouble going through and the employee nicely asked his manager to override it, once i said i’ll just pay with another card (it was saying that the card has been used too many times since i was paying for the people behind me) rob scoffed and got mad at the employee. It’s extremely disappointing and should not be tolerated. No one deserves to be spoken to that way. I’ve worked in fast food for two years and had a manager just like that! It is terrible! Corporate needs to set these managers straight to be respectful, proper, and professional!!!! This was on 03/28/26 around 8:20

It's dirty. They don't clear the tables. They brought my hot latte in a dirty cup, and it was cold. They made a second one—it was still cold. The machine must be broken. Disgusting McDonald's.

I don’t know if we came in on an off day but the experience wasn’t great. We ordered from the kiosk and selected dine-in as there was no one in the restaurant. We took a number to have our food brought to us but we sat at the table for maybe a full 15 mins before the cashier shouted our receipt number so I could come collect the food. I normally wouldn’t care about something like this but the food was ice cold, just like the restaurant (had to be like 50° in there). The vibes were super off generally, no music, no drink fountain.. idk, again maybe I came on a bad day.

This is legitimately the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food is CONSISTENTLY low quality, the order is CONSISTENTLY wrong, the drive-thru is CONSISTENTLY slow, and the staff (other than the managers is seems) are ALWAYS irritated, unprofessional, and downright ignorant and incompetent. Their drive thru has zero accountability; you can be waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes without a single word spoken to you, and someone can pull up to the other lane and instantly order and get their food while you’ve been waiting patiently. The entire staff, other than the managers needs to be fired and a new one needs to be hired
