I said hello when arrived, he answered “why are you saying hello when you just pulled up”, then he ignored us until we pulled up to the window. He saw us and finally took our order. The whole interaction was horrible and very unpleasant. If I could I would give this customer service negative 10 stars.

I always have tried to give this place one more chance after another. There is always a 20 minute or more wait for the food. Especially if you dine in, the food took 34 minutes the one day to get to my table, not to mention it was cold. Even at night, the drive thru lines get so backed up you are sitting there for a long time. Also, they didn’t have ice for 4 weeks one time. Most recently, I decided to come after work to get something, and they are doing cash only. Are we serious?
