I might have actually gotten a small & a large instead, but after the 10-15 minute wait with 0 customers in line before us, we were ready to get going, and just took the milkshakes & left. I found it strange that my partner placed his order before going to the bathroom, but they didn't make the thing until after: 1. he got out of the bathroom, 2. I placed my order, 3. I also went to the bathroom, and 4. after they made my shake. If you only want a tasty treat, this place is ok. If efficiency is important to you, and getting your order perfect is absolutely necessary, you might be disappointed. A recommendation to any dissatisfied customers with actual major issues such as those needing medical care: contact the better business bureau if you want this place to do better.

I placed an order hours ahead of time only to be told once someone was already there to pick it up that they not only hadn’t prepared it, but they DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE ITEMS. They called me and tried to replace it with something completely different, insisting that it “didn’t matter because the price was the same” even though the flavors were completely different and not even comparable. They were trying to brush it off like it didn’t matter because the price was the same, but why would I order one thing way ahead of time if I was okay with receiving whatever trash the store had on the shelf when the time came to pick it up? The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude as well which just made the situation worse. I would never place an order here for any kind of event, or even just place an order in general because they won’t be able to deliver what they promise. If something is out of stock that should be reflected on the site, and if an order is placed ahead of time they should be able to receive their product.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
