- SSslick slackJul 18, 20253.0My partner & I got milkshakes. We both liked them. I paid for a medium & a large. I might have actually gotten a small & a large instead, but after the 10-15 minute wait with 0 customers in line before us, we were ready to get going, and just took the milkshakes & left. I found it strange that my partner placed his order before going to the bathroom, but they didn't make the thing until after: 1. he got out of the bathroom, 2. I placed my order, 3. I also went to the bathroom, and 4. after they made my shake. If you only want a tasty treat, this place is ok. If efficiency is important to you, and getting your order perfect is absolutely necessary, you might be disappointed. A recommendation to any dissatisfied customers with actual major issues such as those needing medical care: contact the better business bureau if you want this place to do better.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
