I ordered a Veg Pacific pizza, but when it arrived, it had bacon on it, which is completely unacceptable for a vegetarian order. When I called the store and explained the situation to the manager, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he rudely told me to remove the bacon and eat the pizza anyway. This response was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of care for customers with dietary restrictions. This is not a minor mistake adding meat to a vegetarian pizza is a serious issue. Between the careless food handling and the manager’s disrespectful attitude, this experience was very disappointing. I will not be ordering from this location again.
