  Horrible customer Service!!!! I had place order for pick up for Burger, Fries and Wings at 6:46 was told to come in 25 to 30 minutes for pick up came got my order at 7:20 and my order was completely cold!!!! I called for replacement and was told there is nothing they could do and basically insinuated I came late picking up my order. Never again will I order from this place.

  Came for the wings but stayed for the $6 burger deal! The burgers were HUGE, juicy, and packed with flavor. Food is so fresh and cooked to the order. Harry checked in on us and definitely made my son’s day. Everyone is so kind and pleasant each time we visit. we love this place!!!

  I’ve been a customer for as long as they have been opened. (I couldn’t handle the homicide as a 16 year old when we ordered for the Packers/Patriots Super Bowl) I have always gotten the traditional or boneless wings but today, I got the Burnie’s chicken cheesesteak. It was as one of the best pieces of food that I have ever tasted. It was like buffalo chicken dip but on a seeded roll times ten! Delicious, tremendous and everythingous.   Im not 1 to complain often and usually I don't have any issues. But tonight was rather disappointing. I called regarding my garbage nachos because they forgot to put a few of the sides in the bag that come with them. Manager said all she can do is give me extra sides next time. Alot of good that did for this meal. Then after I got off the phone my sauce that was on the side for my tenders was the wrong sauce. Mind you this was after 9pm they were not busy so im really confused why so many mistakes and all I was offered was extra sides next time. I just think that's unacceptable me being told that I don't pay extra for the sides. So they are listed on the menu so technically I am paying for them. Sorry for the vent but nachos without salsa and sour cream and tenders with no sauce (wrong sauce given)ruined my meal.

  Ordered my traditional hot wing yesterday for the Super Bowl and they were delicious. For it being a busy busy day the wings were cooked perfectly. Not burnt like some places when it gets crazy busy. When I went to go pick up my order they had a great system working together to keep the flow moving. Thank you girls and guys for a great experience as usual
