  Literally waiting for my food right now. I’m the only car in the drive-through and it’s taken 30 minutes. I just want my grilled cheese burrito goddamn

  Location is advised to close at 11:00pm. Pulled up to the drive through at 10:10. Watched the employees inside look at us in the drive through and walk away! So sad to see a business lose money because LAZY, IGNORANT staff don’t want to do their job!!! Will never return to this location.

  I think there was only one guy in the entire restaurant so this review is for him! He was super nice even though he had to cover every station. Food was hot and fresh and made correctly. Only took about 3-4 minutes since I was the only one in line. The 1 star reviews have been going on for months so the company/manager clearly doesn’t care about service. I hope other customers have some sympathy for this poor dude just doing the best he can!

  Cant even make the grilled cheese burrito right. Its goes tortilla 10 in on the grill for 3 to 5 seconds. Next you take a yellow scoop of the season rice. Next your protein be it steak or beef or chicken. One scoop of protein. A Z or line Chipotle sauce which is not supposed to be watered down and dripping through the burrito. Next the crunchies I call them are the frito strips. Those were missing from the burrito. I didnt want sour cream so I happy they didnt put that on but that would be the next step. After that you roll the burrito and place on the parchment paper with has a blue scoop of cheese on it. Place the burrito seam side down and grill for 17 seconds. Wrap in the foil to the grilled cheese burrito and you have made it successfully. One thing I wouldve been fine with is them telling me that they were out of the frito chips not just surprise me. If there was communication this wouldve been a better review. Looks like the owners have some training to do.
