The drive thru line is absolutely horrendous. Only 2 cars in front of me and it took 20+ minutes just to get to order, then another 15mins at least to get the food. Not sure how this place is still up and running. Even my young daughter said "isn't this supposed to be a FAST food place?" She gets it. Avoid this place!

Every time Google says this place is open till 12 AM, but it actually closes around 8:30–9 PM. Why can’t they update the timings? There’s no drive-thru, the place is messy, and you have to wait in line for more than 10 minutes just to place an order. Really disappointing experience every time.

How does one forget about a customer? I paid, got half my food and was told to wait by the back door. Ten minutes later I go back to the window. “oh, I forgot” the employee said. I then waited at the window again while he slowly did a few things and then went to a warming oven to take out the food that has been sitting in that warmer since I could guess well before I got there. He then handed me the bag and looked at me like he had seen a ghost.
I love Taco Bell and kfc so much and I have been to many all over the east coast. But this was just TERRIBLE & DISAPPOINTING.
Come on guys this is a great location!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
I never ever write reviews. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to.
Went through the drive-thru and was asked to come inside (the first red flag). I didn’t think much of it but thought the drive-thru was broken. (It wasn’t. Just laziness)
After being the only one in line, I waited 5 minute at the register until a cashier made an appearance. (Red flag 2).
I ordered 2 items. One kfc, the other taco bell. After ordering and paying. The kitchen yells up and says they don’t have all the ingredients for my kfc. “Ok, no problem, I’ll just take the Taco Bell and get a refund for the KFC”.
“Sorry we don’t issue refunds” says the cashier.
“Ok? So you made me pay for an order of food that you don’t have, then expect me to be ok with NOT getting money back and force me to choose another item that I don’t want?” How does that make sense? I would’ve never ordered the item if I knew you were out of it! That sounds like a YOU problem. (Red flag 3)
I composed myself and chose another item from Taco Bell. After getting my order and leaving as fast as possible I opened my food. Everything was cold. Why this place is still standing is beyond me. DO NOT COME HERE!

This Taco Bell/KFC in Exton is easily the most poorly ran fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I waited over 45 minutes for a KFC order and ended up with a couple of random Taco Bell items I didn’t even ask for. The staff was completely disorganized, and the whole operation felt off. On a real note, this place should seriously be investigated—it’s extremely sketchy. Don’t waste your time or money here (unless something has dramatically changed recently).
