  Stopped in for coffee and donuts, and sat inside for 20 minutes. Both were good, service was friendly, and seating area seemed clean.

  Rather than explain the many different bad experiences I’ve had, I’ll let you know that they get 1 out of every 10 orders right. I’ve gone in and complained to the “GM” and he sent me home with old wicked promotion tins to give to my kids (teenagers). And my kids place a mobile order all the time before school, go to the drive up and they’re always extremely slow and get the order wrong and they don’t care! They treat them that way because they’re kids. These kids are paying with their own money that they work for. They can’t get it together and they don’t care.

  Whomever the woman was at the drive thru today around 9:00am, she was awesome! Super nice. Donuts were fesh and drink was great! But again, service was outstanding!

  I stopped at the drive thru and asked for “2 dark toasted everything bagels with butter and cream cheese” the middle eastern man responded “two not toasted…” I said no dark toasted he said I know I know not toasted I said no listen. DARK toasted, then he says ok dark toasted and I saw the screen display change with butter and cream cheese and an XL hazelnut black with sugar. Yo I come to the window I pay and go to drive off the bagels taste a day or so old def not baked this morning, theyre dark toasted with butter no cream cheese! So I’m like ok fine I go to sip my coffee and it’s good it’s hot but no sugar and none in the bag. Like how do you hear my order repeated several times print it on the screen and still get it wrong!? I’m going to Walmart after work to buy a toaster and everything bagels because this blew mine.
