I have placed multiple online orders in the morning during normal business hours to show up and the store be dark or employees tell me they cannot fulfill orders. Now I get to contact dunkin for a refund due to their ineptitude. The owner should have their franchise pulled. This place was thriving for 6 months after the remodel, now it’s back to the same terrible level of service its was at before.
