  Worst Wendy's around, I watched 4 teenagers come out to smoke at 10pm and had 4 cars in drive through for 15+ minutes just kept saying shift change? It was very unprofessional. No matter if there is cars ahead or not there's ALWAYS waiting involved

  I went to this location to pick up a DoorDash order that I was delivering. No one was making food. There was one employee up front swearing and taking personal calls on his phone. He ended up saying “I can’t help you. I’m leaving. There’s something going on.” After spewing profanities to whoever was on the phone. The rest of the employees were no where to be found. Ended up canceling my delivery.

  We came here late as they are one of the few places in the area open past 1am. We figured they were online order only for the night and placed an order on the app. When we arrived they said they would make us the order and bring it out to us. We waited 40 minutes and heard nothing. If you couldn’t make the order just tell me so I didn’t waste my time. It’s impossible to reach customer service or anyone at this store so I haven’t found a way to get a refund for my $40 order that was never made.

  They took 1 hour do take my order and then proceeded to get my order wrong. I will never be coming back here again🤮

  (This review is coming from a seasoned fast food worker) The good is your average fast food, but this location has absolutely incompetent workers. The first time I came here, we waited like 10+ minutes at the window and they forgot straws and sour cream. Okay, whatever, it happens. The second time however, I came through the drive through on a late Friday evening about 20 minutes after placing a $35 mobile order through the Wendy's app (~3 meals with frosties). The worker at the drive thru complains about my *massive* order and tells me it'll be around an additional 30 minutes and that we should leave. I am okay waiting ( I already paid) so I do. There is a line around the building and every other car is giving up the war and going across the street to the taco bell (they're all getting their food faster than us). Also, nobody is in uniform, and there is unrestrained long hair and earbuds in, and I am overall extremely disappointed and unsettled.
