  Ordered for pickup before we arrived. The order/seating area was freezing and the order took almost 30 mins from when I placed it. They gave me 4 free taco coupons for taking so long on my way out. The order was made wrong and the coupons expired 3 months ago.

  Blunt and straight to the truth. Took over 30 minutes to get 4 out of 8 items because they were forgotten, the older woman had an attitude after we brought it up giving a sarcastic smirk and stare after giving me the forgotten items. Forgot our drinks, sauces for the nuggets. Nacho fries are stale, the rest of the food wasn’t too bad, your standard Taco Bell. We won’t be missed, I understand that, but we would rather travel 20 minutes into town to the other Taco Bell. The 1 free taco coupon doesn’t necessarily make up for the service. However, props to the one employee who I assume is shift supervisor who had to be a parent at the same time to the two kids during our visit. I wish the honest best to her and that I hope she goes far.

  This location has only gotten worse in the past year they used to be good. I'm not sure if it's management or team members but the portions are never the same. If you get a side of sauce they skirt just a little bit in the portion cup fill it up. They ignore you when you go in to pick up or order inside they only care about drive-thru. Had an online order wasn't ready it took them 17 minutes and they still messed up. This location is not worth going to better off going to another location or going to an actual Mexican restaurant which is way cheaper. Recommend Torero's better quality of food and portion and service.

  First time, it was a takeout while charging the vehicle on route to WV. Staff were friendly and fast. The issue was that I paid extra for refried beans apart from the black beans that comes in the veggie bowl but there was no black beans! Also, the bowl with extras (tomatoes are extra!?) cost me approx $11 (and no black beans) and it was not enough!! Such costly food and it is not even enough? No more bowls at Taco bell, never.
