  I was just at this location and the manager on staff was an absolute disaster. I waited 22 min for food. She had people standing around doing nothing while the drive thru was packed. She screamed at me out the drive thru window all the way across the parking lot and as I drove away, flipped me off (both fingers) while her entire staff just stood there. She is toxic and clearly doesn't know how to communicate properly with the public.

  Why offer to customize your order when they don't follow through? I paid extra for add-ons and they weren't added. I took some ingredients off, but they left them on. Completely disorganized! Items just thrown into a bag.

  i do not recommend this location the staff are undertrained i order food all the time almost weekly and everytime i come to this location my food is NEVER made the way i order it and also quite a few times things have been added and charged to my account without seeing and when i question about it they say its okay and they never give out reciepts so you can check your order after. This happens more often then you think and lately idk if ill ever go back to this location unless i absolutely have to. Nice to see how much yall care for your customers

  Typical fast food atmosphere, food is amazing as taco bell always is, and the service was great I had zero issues with my customized order and got everything I asked for. Unlike (cough) McDonald's (cough).

  In the garage to do everything was nice and easy and I told to eat my food and they looks like there is triple lettuce on my to order with no lettuce and then I’m not making a big deal or anything and I go inside but I just asked The guy “ Hey, I ordered a taco with no lettuce and it looks like there’s triple lettuce on it. Can I get a new one?” He then walked over with the workers right next to him, and I can hear him and he does this whiny mocking voice I mean what I said I come here a lot and I’m always nice and the fact I just got treated with such a rude respect because you made my food wrong is embarrassing
