  If you're the owner of the subway location at East 38th, you are losing business with the two that were working tonight. These pictures were taken as we left after being told they would rather we not sit in your restaurant after ordering food. We came in at 8:15ish. It closes at 10. We actually went to the door first to check to see if they closed because all you see from the outside is chairs up. When we went in the one girl was sweeping and replacing trash cans and the one who actually took our order, no name tag so idk her name, seemed very annoyed we were there. We asked if we could sit down and she basically told us no because they already put it all away. So we ended up sitting outside in the car to eat and watched 2 different people approach the restaurant door and turn around thinking it was closed. I am very disappointed with this location and if I was the manager or owner, id be having some heavy conversations with these 2. Unacceptable

  Do they ever answer the phone? I placed an order and tried to call 3 times just to tell them to take off one ingredient because i wasn’t able to, but of course no one answers.

  Worst subway in erie do not go here. Everytime I place an online order. Wait 20-30 minutes to get there they say it's ready on the app everything. And literally everything I go in the subs are not even started. So I wait everything without complaining. But enough is enough. This time I ordered took 40 minutes to get there the subway tracker said it was done. I walk in. Nothing even started. Said it was done for 20 minutes. They they have the audacity to put my subs to the side when a customer came in after me and made there food before mine. Absolutely a disgrace of a subway and customer service. All for poor quality subs. This would never happen on buffalo road. Avoid at all cost not worth the headache for sub-quality subway

  Very clean no dust shiny stainless steel and glass..food area very clean and well kept the workers where extremely polite and caring

  Great place, very well run, good people working the counters. The owner is a good person as well.
