They didn't give us our drinks we ordered that needed made behind the counter, sweet tea and frozen coca cola. We ordered cookies and waited too long, they burned the first ones and had to remake them. No apologies or attempt at good customer service.

Didn’t expect to wait 10+ minutes for a burger, fries, and a couple cookies. Asked for an update, an employee said cookies take two minutes so I was just like…it’s been longer than that but ok…eventually got em a minute later but definitely won’t be stopping at this McDonald’s on my regular MI to PA road trip anymore
