  Find another location!! Even the one on 12th and sass is better! Debbie Orlando west 38th st is the owner of this monstrosity. The facility is gross and dirty, the employees dont engage with each other let alone customers, and Adam the manager is the biggest joke. The level of professionalism leads me to think he's aunt Debbie's nephew who failed at being a used car salesman. He couldn't even figure out who was next in line when the line is in front of him. Never again

  The girl on the speaker goes “one moment” and then I wait for a good 3 minutes which is fine.. another car come to the other speaker and they ordered right away.. waited another minute still no one there. Had to back up and drive to the other speaker just to get my order in. Ridiculous stop hiring immature little kids and now my food is also cold.

  Just want to give some positive recognition to Jeremy. I think he was the manager not 100% sure. It was 915 on Saturday night, we went through drive through seemed like any other visit but our fries were cold so i went inside to request hot fries. Politely, a man on a mission, clearly overwhelmed with orders and under staffed (other customer stated 3 call off) came to the counter from manning multiple stations in back. It was obvious he was running the whole operation while a hand full of employees bickered amongst each other. He was putting out proverbial fires amongst his team, teaching them and running the show. And there were many people inside the lobby as well. Nobody was complaining or upset, waiting for their food and when I asked for his name because I wanna leave a positive review. He said Jeremy and shook my hand. Everyone in the lobby or area at least 10 + people thanked him for his hard work and told him he was doing a great job. Well done Jeremy hard workers are hard to come by these days and i hope you are recognized and appreciated for your hard work! I’d give this guy a job in a heart beat and hope he getting compensated for his hustle because it’s rare.

  Place the order at 805 and sat and waited, playing on my phone. Then next thing you know it’s now 840. So I asked the dude I presume is the manager “what’s up? Been waiting since 804?” He then began to run his mouth and make inappropriate comments while placing the blame on the entire crew rather than just apologize and make things happen. They clearly were tired of the way he was talking to him. Id like Corp and local management to get ahold of me so I can go into detail what he was saying. If my kid worked there w him that night, id be pissed. The store was filthy, and I won’t even get into the person that was very much under the influence bothering people that were waiting.

  I was in thirst. I was seeking something to satisfy it. And I saw McDonald's. Out of pure desperation, we pulled over. After spending about 15 hours looking for the icee item on the menu, just to my pure grief to find out that there's no damn icee on the menu. So I regrettebly ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. A MEDIUM. MEDIUM. And when they gave me it, I got a SMALL. A SMALL. I was thirsty and now, I am disappointed.🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏✌️✌️✌️💔💔💔🥀🥀🥀🥀
