  Worst restaurant in all of Erie. Avoid at all costs unless you like to wait 30-45 minutes for your food inside. That is if you can find a cashier to pay cash. Definitely will never go back, the location in Harborcreek may get busy but will get my business.

  I'm writing this as I wait for my food. I placed a curb side pickup order over 20 minutes ago. Got to the store 10 minutes ago and there's 3 curb side spots. 1 spot was taken with nobody in it, another spot was full of snow that was never plowed (hasn't snowed in a week and is almost fully melted at the time of writing). Changed my order to pickup inside and I am still currently waiting for my order 23 minutes after paying.

  This place is awful. Almost any time you go there the drive thru times are the worst I’ve ever seen. The food is hit or miss as far as being hot but that can be said for most McDonald’s. The staff here always seems like they hate their lives or hate everyone else. I just can’t understand how the owner or McDonald’s corporate can see this store being operated like this for YEARS upon YEARS and not have a problem with it. I don’t even fault the staff. No matter what the business is it always starts at the top. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Buffalo road one and you’ll prob still get your food faster than being in that drive thru

  Staff was yelling swear words at each other and spilling the meals when it was a busy Monday and dinnertime. They spilled everything and yet they have not refunded/apologized for the incident. Very rude staff and do not go. Go to Burger King if you want a meal instead of this place.
