  Interchange mcdonalds is literally the worst. Every time we go there is some type of issue. The service is absolutely terrible. The wait times are always long. The majority of the staff could care less about their jobs and have zero pep in their step. One time we sat at the window for 10 minutes without a single person speaking to us until I waved them down. I watched 2 employees play around on their phones and when called out on it, they denied it as if I didn't just sit there and watch them. Today we placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:15. Got in line at 10:28. Didn't get up to the windows until 10:37 and were told it was cancelled because breakfast is over. Isn't that the point of placing it ahead of time?! Manager said to place it for pick up inside to avoid this. Makes zero sense! But yet these people think they should make $15 an hour! I worked at fast food for 7 years all through high school and college and the most i ever made was $8 and hour and I busted my butt all shift! Ridiculous.

  I stopped today to get my child a happy meal. Of course children only want the happy meal for the toy. We pull out and I realize there is no toy in the happy meal. So I pull back through and explain we had a missing toy. The lady on the speaker told me to pull to the second window. I pull to the second window and this old lady tries to hand me a pamphlet. I look at her and ask for a toy. She slams the window and announces inside to the whole staff with an attitude "apparently this pamphlet isnt a toy." A manager then came to the window. His name is Ki-Jana (I hope I spelled that right). He explained the warehouse was switching things around and no other stores had toys to spare. He then offered my son some ice cream to make up for it. He was very caring and understanding and took the time to explain the situation. I was super impressed with him! He turned this negative experience into a positive one! I can see why he is the manager, and that miserable old lady is only working the window.

  $9.11 for this new "Big Arch" mess! Drive through took forever and I'm throwing the rest of this disgusting mess in the garbage. Disgusting to taste and look at. It wouldn't have helped at all but there were no (zero) onions and about a tablespoons worth of lettuce on it. Garbage.

  March 10th placed an order at 4:09, waited in the store and didn't get my order til 4:29. Big guy with the red flannel runs a very sloppy crew, won't ever be back to this location. Food was cold, coke taste was off, complete joke.
