    So here’s what happen I ordered for pick up from DoorDash at 5pm and the times shows to pick up at 6:47pm I thought they were busy and it will take time and it’s necessary to be this long. So I waited till 6:47pm even bit longer and when I got the message from DD that my food is ready I went to pick it up and when I get there there was crowd of people waiting for foods for more than 2hr complaining but I was there after 2hr already and also DD shows that my food is ready so I asked for my order at first they didn’t even care and I had to ask two three times and than they told me that they are behind lots of orders so at this point I already been there for 25 minutes and I ask them to look my order they told me I am on order number 60 and it will take up to 1 and half hours I couldn’t be mad so I cancelled my order but this is unacceptable if your accepting every order possible than you should have capacity of fulfilling it too. But it seems like they being greedy i wasted my time for nothing I guess I’ll never go there again. This wasn’t here before and it was okay so batter not visit there people you will regret it.

    We placed our order at 5:45 pm and waited until 10:00 pm. When we asked the staff to help check if our order was ready, three front-desk staff members were chatting among themselves and no one offered to help us. I asked many times to help us check on the packed shelf, but none of the staff actually went to check. They checked one shelf ( there were two shelves) and said it wasn’t there. I asked twice again to check for where our order was or if it was being made/which place in line, but then an older staff member stopped her and sarcastically said, “We won’t check for them, or this will affect the process and they’ll just keep asking us to check.” I explained that we had been waiting for five hours and that no one had helped us, and by this time it should be ready on the shelf, we just need somebody to get it for us. She then asked to state the names again, and I asked to please do. They started on one side and eventually asked my husband for the name again about halfway through one shelf. She then checked the shelf for my husband and it turned out our order had been ready the entire time and was already sitting on the shelf. No one had bothered to check for us. The experience was extremely frustrating, and the staff member’s attitude was unnecessarily rude. We understand it was new and crowded, but the staff can be more helpful to check the packed bag name and actually giving it out and to overall establish a better process/ improve training in expectation of opening rush.

    I’ve had wing stop multiple times out of town before so I thought giving ours a shot would be nice WRONG!!! I first ordered online picked up my food at the time that was giving & Food was so cold!!, fries were stale I had to reheat my food up at home, so I thought maybe giving them a second shot and I had to wait 3 extra hrs for my order I asked for a refund they told me to write my name & number down on a piece of paper and I would get my money back in the next couple hours it is now 3 days sense I ordered my food ordered Wednesday it’s now Saturday and I still haven’t gotten my money back on my card , they don’t answer their phone I go up their and the manger tells me that it should take 24-48hrs and it’s been way over 2 days don’t waste your time coming here I’m highly disappointed and so inconvenient and unprofessional just want my money back and the food was horrible!

    It is VERY busy so if you’re not willing to wait and have no patience WAIT to go here, the workers are doing their best, people upset over wings and fries are doing too much, if you want your food ASAP don’t go to a freshly opened restaurant. Mine and my boyfriend’s food was DELICIOUS, they have great flavor options and they have amazing buffalo ranch fries. The managers are as understanding as can be, offering refunds to everyone if they want one rather than waiting, even offering people to write down their numbers to call them back. They are doing pretty good considering the craziness going on in that place. BE PATIENT. They are all human too, not just the hands preparing your food. If you want Wingstop that bad and you want it when YOU want it then go to a location that has BEEN open!!!! DONT COME WRITE A REVIEW ON GOOGLE CRYING ABOUT THE WAIT OR THE FACT YOUR FOODS NOT HOT, be grateful you had food to eat, some people had nothing to eat at all, you can always heat up your food or go to the app about your issues so they can help you with your issue without bringing down a restaurant with your complaining when you went to a FRESHLY OPENED RESTAURANT that is VERY popular!!!!! overall the food is great. Be kind and humble people, they are doing all they can.

    Opening day for the first Wingstop in Erie, PA was yesterday, so of course it was busy. People have been waiting years for this, and now we finally don’t have to drive out of town to get Wingstop. I placed an online pickup order for 5:30 PM and arrived right on time. The place was packed, but I let staff know I had an online order. After about 10 minutes, I spoke with the manager who explained my order had been made earlier and accidentally thrown out. He immediately took responsibility and remade everything fresh. They did forget my large corn at first, but once I mentioned it, they fixed it right away. The customer service was excellent—no one was rude, frustrated, or overwhelmed. The employees stayed professional and did their jobs. Instead of focusing on wait times on opening day, let’s be excited that Erie finally has something new. If it’s not for you, that’s okay—but plenty of us are happy to support it. I love Wingstop and I’m glad it’s finally here.
