While standing in line, a man came in and charged the counter. He was clearly agitated. The manager (Lisa) did well at not matching his tone or level of aggression despite this man's demeanor. He accused staff of just giving him back an incorrect order. Lisa attempted to explain that they cannot give back food and that his order would be remade. She did well apologizing for the inconvenience. This guy had the nerve to accuse the restaurant of doing things "against the law" multiple times in a raised voice. Lisa was the perfect example of an ideal manager. She personally remade this guy's order and took the time to explain what was in each bag. Despite his constant interruption and the scene he caused, Lisa was a Rockstar. The guy at the counter? He should be ashamed of himself because he had his daughter (maybe 9?) with him and she looked completely embarrassed by his behavior
