    Just got a cravings box and they didnt get the chalupa. $9 spent and didnt get the one thing I wanted. The burrito is also cold and nasty.

    Spent $35 on a big order through the drive thru and my daughter’s order didn’t get receipt to verify everything. they forgot the most expensive item the Crunchwrap. Terrible service

    sept 17 at 3pm. 4 kids working. not busy at all. tables were filthy. orders a hard taco and chicken chalupa for dine in. gave them my nameand went and sat down waiting to hear my name called. a pick up bag is placed in the mobile pick up window and our order was for here so we didnt think it was ours bc it also wasnt on a tray. it sat. we waited. no one called my name, no one told us it was ours. mind you, no one is in the dining room and it was in a bag for a "for here" order. got up and my names on the bag. had to ask for a tray. food was obviously cold by now. 4 people and not one word telling us our order was ready.
