I sat stuck in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes, and the lobby was full of customers, yet there weren’t enough employees to keep up. For such a busy location, the speed of service was far below expectations, and employees didn’t seem able to help or communicate. At the prices customers pay for tacos and meals, this store should have the resources to hire and properly support enough employees to keep things moving. The brand is built on quick, convenient service, and this experience was the opposite. Please invest in staffing and training so customers can receive the fast, reliable service Taco Bell is known for.

Very brief interactions is a bit off putting. Its not the workers fault. Its the new normal everywhere where you order from a kiosk and then pick up the food. Its not very welcoming. 4 stars for atmosphere because it was clean but the inside color decor was too sterile and colorless. Bring back the 90s flair.
