- MMMatt MJan 7, 20261.0Worst subway in erie do not go here. Everytime I place an online order. Wait 20-30 minutes to get there they say it's ready on the app everything. And literally everything I go in the subs are not even started. So I wait everything without complaining. But enough is enough. This time I ordered took 40 minutes to get there the subway tracker said it was done. I walk in. Nothing even started. Said it was done for 20 minutes. They they have the audacity to put my subs to the side when a customer came in after me and made there food before mine. Absolutely a disgrace of a subway and customer service. All for poor quality subs. This would never happen on buffalo road. Avoid at all cost not worth the headache for sub-quality subway

While he's making an astute description of the sub I asked for he is also thanking customers on their way out while multitasking and running the register. His ability to connect with customers like myself on a human level is something that is lacked in today's food service and society. Someone seriously needs to give this man a raise because he raises my spirits and fills my stomach every week with a smile.

Very polite and understanding with my order which I’d say was rather difficult (I was ordering someone else’s sub and wasn’t sure of what they wanted). That being said “JOB WELL DONE!! “ I’d go there everyday if that’s the kind of service I’d receive! A raise would be in order if I had anything to say about it!
