  I love sonic, I travel for work and can always trust sonic everywhere I go, but I guess not the sonic in Erie. Both times I’ve gone it was pure chaos, but this last time was too much. I Waited 15 min in line to get to where my order should be taken, I wait another 5 min at the speaker and some guy comes out the back door and says “I have to come in, we don’t have any staff” I tell him I just waited 20 min to get here, I’m not coming inside to wait too. He gives me attitude and goes back inside. 3 min later another guy comes out of the back door and tell me to pull up to the window and they will take my order. 4 cream slushes and a milk shake. Wait 10 minutes for those and it’s just a big mess. Ice cream all over the sides of the cups and they all tasted horrible. The milk shake was mealy and over spun with the worst texture I’ve ever tasted. This place shouldn’t be allowed to call itself Sonic

  My family visited Sonic on February 28th and were not impressed. The dining room was filthy, the fries were cold and it took me 5 minutes to get a straw and few extra napkins even through the place was dead. I cringe when I imagine how dirty the BOH must look,the only bright spot was that the shakes were ok.

  One of the best SONIC locations as they are hit and miss, smash burger is on point, like as good as In-N-Out

  31 minutes for my food I waited for. They forgot the cup of water I asked for. Not even a sorry for the wait.i will not revisit this loction.

  Reasonably priced, nice staff, great food/drinks and they don't ask for a tip on the screen!
