I booked the bowling figuring my kids and I would enjoy some food while bowling for the first time. We immediately discovered that our lane was broken and I told the waitress when she showed up 10 minutes later. Someone attempted to fix the lane a couple of times but it was still broken. The man in the front tried to refund me the lane but was unable to so he took my name and number down. Not sure what will will happen with that. He also kindly said he would move me to a different lane after it was cleaned. When I saw another party taking that lane I gave up and left. The food looked good but my order was never taken during the 45 minute ordeal. The Coke was good and had a mild yet refreshing effervescence. 2 stars because it has potential to provide a nice afternoon of food and games but in this case it didn't work out. It seems chaotic there and the personnel to customer ratio is too low to handle the unexpected issues like lane breakage.

Absolute best place I've eaten. It was very hot (just got done). The worker that was there today at about 3-3:30 was the best very nice and friendly. We usually go to Texas Roadhouse but this place puts them to shame. I regret not going sooner.

The experience we had there tonight was amazing. The restaurant wasn't overly packed but busy enough. The waitress was very pleasant and on top of everything!! Food was good and came out quick. They were very accommodating to kiddos and the manager went above and beyond to check on us. I wish I had caught the managers name as she was so sweet, along with the waitress. We will definitely be back after such a good experience. Great job Quaker Steak!

Manager and server were both very polite, friendly and professional. The food however was just bad. Wings were so soggy, chewy and not worth eating (2 of them were cooked well, those ones were good). That’s on me, I should’ve ordered them extra well done I guess.. nachos were cold, they remade and comped them off the bill ( very nice, I would’ve been fine with them just being remade, but appreciated) Second round of nachos were pretty good actually… kitchen also made my daughters food wrong (supposed to be bbq boneless, came out plain, ordered loaded sweet potato fries, got regular) kids meals came out quickly, but somehow still cold? Cheesesticks were good too . I’m sure they were trying their best and last year the food was all in point, so maybe just having a bad night in the kitchen.
