  Worst experience ever! I ordered from 1404 Peninsula Dr Erie PA at 7:30 pm. Still no order at almost 9. The order was cancelled by the store. When I called the manager said my order was not cancelled and was picked up by door dash. Called door dash and they said there was no pick up because it had been cancelled. Called pizza hut back and she verified who I was and offered me $40. My order was $63.57. I did mistakenly say $70. She then told me I was lying and did not pay $63, even when I told her I had the bank card receipt. She then hung up. This was 2/13. Now I'm trying to get someone at customer service. All they have is a chat and offer to contact you by phone or email in 1 to 3 days. News flash they don't. I'll just pay whatever fee and dispute the charge. PIZZA HUT your customer service sucks!

  I called for a delivery and not sure if was a call center. But anyways the lady told me if they were able to give change for a 100, and when the delivery person showed up he said that he never got any note about it and didn't have it. It took a few minutes to pay him, also when I got the food the pizza was cold and dry and the bread sticks were bad. They used to be good this place has gotten down hill and I won't be getting anything from pizza hut again

  Went on 11/07/2025 to try the comeback of their Pizza Buffet.Food: The pizza was awesome as to be expected, The salad bar was below par and as basic as it gets and they way it was set up made it very hard for people to navigate amongst the food bar area. Service: so when we arrive a gentleman took us to our table and about 10 minutes later presented himself as our server and brought us our drinks after that there was like four other people that attended to our table so I wasn't exactly sure who our server was glad that we were attended to but a little unorganized. As we went to cash out the girl at the register was super pushy about a tip and I wasn't too Keen about that to the point where I just wasn't going to tip because she was being super pushy then in turn the girl at the register had conned the my company into paying the tip of the table after she bought a soda separately was not very pleased about that at all

  I was super excited that the buffet was brought back to pizza hut but I was highly disappointed it wasn't like my child hood memories. When I first walked in me and my family the tables where all dirty not a clean table ... She said it's going to be about 15 minutes to clean tables I said okay. We waited and then we where seated with no silverware no napkins we weren't even asked if we wanted something to drink so I sent my son up to the counter to ask for drinks she then can to the table and proceeds to get our drink order all we wanted was water that should have been easy right nope instead of bringing drinks horseplay was going on the pizza was not stocked the bread sticks was dried out empty ranch containers salad lettuce everywhere my kids had to wait for unsurmountable time they finally bought the pizza out and my pizza had an orange string in it my fiance took it to the counter and they took 2 of us off the bill best part of my night I really feel everything should have been free the service is horrible here it needs to be some type of change or you guys will loose good customers

  My delivery order did not include my drinks. When I called, someone named Katie, who said she’s a manager, told me that I could not get my drinks delivered and that I could not get a refund on my money. I could only get a store credit. She was very unprofessional and rude! I will not be ordering from them again, so a store credit does me no good! There was no apology and no attempt to make anything right. She was very condescending! So I guess it’s OK for them just to not give you your products that you paid for, and you have to pay more money to order more products to get the money back for what you didn’t receive. I was not giving any number to contact to try to get a refund, and she hung up on me.
