They were out of quite a few bagels, which would have been good to know before showing up. They really didn’t have what I needed for the order, and they did offer a refund. However, the manager told me I should have been there 10 minutes earlier (mind you, the order was placed a little before that time), bc someone bought all the bagels I wanted. Before I had much time to reply, she snatched up my bags and walked away. I’ll never come to this one again.
