  My husband and I just wanted to get a cup of soup for lunch. Sounds simple, but not at Panera. The service has been slow at this location the last few times we were here, so we expected that. However, we didn't think that the employees wouldn't know the difference between their Chicken Noodle soup (which had not one single noodle in it) and their Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup. When my husband tried to explain that they had given him the incorrect soup, the girl at the counter told him that his soup was the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice (not a creamy broth at all and no rice to be found) and it was just watery today. If the soup had even had some noodles and been more than some broth, my husband would probably just have eaten it and kept his mouth shut, but this is ridiculous. We won't be back.

  Sandwich and soup was good but scones were extremely dry and cashier was rude and had a horrible attitude. Tables were dirty and floor was covered in crumbs

  I have ordered the chicken harvest salad many times. The salad is never the same, it keeps getting smaller. I just ordered this salad full size tonight and only got a half of salad, looks like the wrong container was used. This has been happening alot lately.
