  Gluten friendly menu with several options available was super helpful! Server brought out my meal and assured preparations were taken to avoid cross contamination. Thank you, Outback for an awesome gluten free meal!

  Good clean location, door always seems good a steak is about on par. They have a blonde ale which is NEVER in stock which totally sucks.

  So we came last friday ate in the restaurant and had a great server great food ect. We'd totally give it a 5⭐️ review. Wish i remembered servers name, she was great. So we came here tonight... and yeah definitely not the same experience sadly. We ordered To-Go for 6pm pick up we spent $67 (a lot less than eating in as no dessert ect BUT still a decent amount of $. No one was at the "To-Go" area so i checked in at the bar. Told him my name and spot i was parked but that i was using bathroom 1st. So i'm back at "To-go" until 6:15 when a guy with crocs a filthy shirt untucked and glasses came over said oh you been helped... I said no blah blah He has me pay says foods not ready yet then leaves.. Receipt says 6:20 but my food was for 6pm. So i'm left just standing there. Like do i go back to my car? He didn't ask what spot tho.. Finally i assume the woman working "To-go" comes over said she was in bathroom blah blah Like girl i just left the bathroom no one was in there, just say you were smoking i get it! Get someone to cover for you tho. Anyhow said she will check on food, then it's not ready so more standing i do. Like tell me I'll bring it to the car or something, don't just keep leaving a customer standing around, just the lack of communication the lack of professionalism it was gross. To top it off after i've received my food and we are in the truck backing out I get a text that says hey mate your food is almost ready.... like wth??? I had such a great time last week and I love the outback seasoning... food across the states is typically on point and consistent but the customer service here definitely was not "outback standard"!! We came tonight as last week was good but it'll be LongHorn next time we want "To-Go" for sure. Very disappointed.
