I don't normally complain but I have had multiple terrible experiences at this location. Tonight I was trapped in the drive through for 50 minutes waiting for my food and when they brought it out it was freezing cold (like unnaturally cold). No apology or acknowledgement for the slow service.

We got re-deep fried nuggets and fries and old burgers that had hot spots in them. So you know they were reheated in the microwave. Threw our food out and went somewhere else in the early morning.

Did a mobile drive through app order, and somehow still had to park and wait 10 minutes for it. And they forgot my drinks and got the sauces wrong 🤦🏻

Went there the other day. Waited over a half hour for my order (big mac value meal). The staff was lost and only putting out 1 order every 5 minutes. The lady in charge was clearly in over her head. Not only long wait, but food was made wrong and the quality was not fresh or good. No plans to return after submitting feedback via app and getting no reply.

You clearly just auto replied to my messenge. Would it have been too hard to read my complaint and do something about it? I clearly stated my issues and also mentioned filing the form through the app. Yall just lost a 3 to 4 times a week consumer over a big mac meal. Lmao
