A woman with blonde hair wearing a blue shirt was completely rude and unprofessional. I let her know the one speaker wasn’t working. She told me they’re on a time limit and to go back around. No apology, no solution. I told her I was picking up a mobile order. She took the code and as the door was closing quickly said “have a good day”. No care in the world for customers. If the speaker is broken, call someone to fix it? Pick up a sign saying it is broken? Be proactive. lol. I have 3 young kids in the car who are restless waiting for what should be maybe 5-7 mins in a drive thru and yet she is on a “time limit”?
