- CBCharles Binney3 days ago3.0Went for breakfast and got 2 meals paid for them and then was told they were substituting French fries cause they were out of hashbrowns. This was a Saturday morning. It turned out ok cause they changed their hashbrowns awhile ago and they aren't very good anymore.

So when I come to a pickup and the order is not ready on time it really cuts into my earnings. The other day I came to pick up an order at this location. I stood in the lobby for over 12 minutes "past the due time" and I watched this order sit on the shelf for about 8 minutes while all the ice was melting into nothing in the 3 soda's as it waited for the food. When the food did come up, I watched an employee pack it up as slow as humanly possible while he told a story to his coworker. The order was packed and ready "finally" only for me to watch for almost 2 more minutes as the employee continued to finish his story before coming to hand me the order. My car was running...my time was burning away...and this did not need to happen if someone was doing there job instead of telling stories about their week. Please be more considerate of other peoples time when running doordash orders and get the order out to us as fast as you can...not as slow as humanly possible.

We ordered and when we got our food watched the waitress drop some of our fries. But the worst part was the food the fries were so stale and old they were inedible, and my chicken pattie was literally purple when I bit into it. When leaving we were locked in the restaurant as well and the door was near frozen shut. Waste of my time and money.
