I told her we wanted to purchase a dozen donuts. She grabbed the box and waited for us to tell her what we wanted. She didn't speak to us at all. I asked her if they were making more cinnamon rolls, and all she could do was nod. "No." My poor son wanted to order more, but was so intimidated by her demeanor that he was afraid to ask. The name on our receipt was Bonnie. We visit here every year on our way home from vacation. It's truly unfortunate that this was our experience. It is something that we look forward to since there are not any locations near our home. The donuts were yummy as always, and that's the reason for my 3 star rating.

When I got there, she handed me a dozen and I said there should be another dozen because I used the coupon. She said oh, well, this happens all the time...you have to select 2. I showed her on the app how it only let's you select the offer at quantity 1. She said well you can't choose regular glaze. I showed her that the coupon said NOTHING ABOUT that. She just stared at me. So i asked for the manager and she said we dont do that through the drive thru...you'll have to come in and wait. I told her i was already late because of this. She just stared at me. So...I ended up leaving with 1 dozen and had paid 2 dollars more for it, because the coupon is completely deceiving. But the really bad part is realizing how shady these places have become and how little they care about their customers. I WILL NEVER BUY KRISPY KREME AGAIN. I WILL GO TO MIGHT FINE DOUGHNUTS AND SUPPORT OUR LOCAL PEOPLE.
