- KKKate KramerDec 27, 20251.0Let me start off by saying I understand that teens need jobs too but there must be and should be an adult or manager present while 7 teens are working here they never make anything right they have no customer service skills what so ever, can't take an order correctly, can't make an order correctly and when I walk in it's seems like more of a social hour then a place of business. Everyone on their phones sitting on milke crates just all around a horrible store to visit!!! Get it together I'm tired of wasting my money and not receiving what I'm paying for.

I’m from out of town so I didn’t think to call ahead, but they took care of me quickly without any issue. Coffee was hot. Donuts were fresh. A the condiments for the 2 boxes of Joe were plentiful. Quality service a they care about the efficiency of their operation.

I believe she said her name was cristie. The food was overall okayish the doughnuts were stale but the drink was good.

I must say that this is by far the best Location in the City. The restaurant is clean, the staff is very polite and my coffee is always exactly how I like it. Cant say enough good things about the excellent customer service at this store. I’m Rating this Dunkin Donut location a 10/10. No matter what time I stop in, my order is always fresh. Store Manager ( Lay) is excellent representation of the Dunkin Donut brand. She is very professional, compassionate, knowledgeable of the business .She went above & beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer after an incident that took place at the w 26 th st location . make sure you stop by you won’t be disappointed
